Booking Process Explained.

The Booking Process is as followed:

Step:1 - Initial Contact - Your Request for information.

Step: 2 - Initial Email - Contains Package Pricing Sheet & Booking Request Form.

Step: 3 - Booking Request Form Reveiwed [Approval or Denial].

Step: 4 [If Date Approved] - Booking Contract Emailed / Completed [ Returned].

Step: 5 -  Initial Deposit Collected [Receipt Provided].

Step: 6 - Confirmation Email Initiated - 24 hours [Post Deposit].

Step: 7 - Consistent Communication Via Email, Text and Phonecalls.

Step: 8 - Final Payment Completed [Per Contract Terms].

Step:9 - Event Date - Arrival & Performance.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are as followed:

1. Deposit is to be completed prior to date being offically "booked".

2. Deposit amount varies according to package chosen.

3. Deposits are "Non-refundable"

4. Deposits can be made via: Cash, Venmo and/or Chime, Tap to pay also accepted. [No I don't accept : Checks, Money Orders, Cashapp]

Final Payment:

1. Final Payment is to be made 24-48 hours prior to event date. 

Music Selection & Requests

Music Selection: [Specific Songs]

1. List of requested songs must be emailed in PDF format within 21 days of event date, this ensures all music is properly sorted and added into rotation.

2. USB/Flash - Not accepted the day of event for music choices, all music request must follow rule number #1.

 

Request:

1. All other request must be submitted via email no later than 72 hours prior to event date, this ensures aquit time for request reveiw.

DJ's Reasonings for Denying a Booking Request Form

Reasonings for Denial:

1. Date Unavailable.

2. Location Unsafe.

3. Booking Request Form Incomplete.

4. Personal Affairs Pre-Scheduled.

How Long Do I Have to Pay the Deposit

Deposits must be made within 72 hours of completed booking contract.

Failure to make deposit payment will result in contract termination and you will have to re-do the entire process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to DJLarryLuvBookingInfo@gmail.com within 96 hours of event date.

Deposits are non-refundable. [but may be transferrable]
